5S BASIC TRAINING
This 5S basic training is made for employees in companies with different types of functions. For employees & team leaders, management, internal OPS ex/Lean teams and also for 5S facilitators. 5S is the basis of an organized workplace, with this training it becomes clear how to apply this in your workplace. With the help of a simple but well thought-out simulation, all 5S steps are covered. Benefits and the profit to be achieved with the 5S method quickly clear. After this, we will actually go through the first 3 Ss in one workplace (separating, cleaning and arranging), using the 4th S to record it. During this basic training you will be offered 5S theory and practice in one day.
