P&D company is the data controller with regard to the processing of your personal data by P&D company.<\/p>

How do we obtain your personal data?<\/h2>

P&D company has information about you, because you have provided us with information, and because P&D company has obtained information from other parties. Those other parties are: Colleagues of the \"parties involved\".<\/p>

What are your rights?<\/h2>

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:<\/p>

Insight<\/strong>
<\/em>You can always view your own (personal) data and change it in your account if necessary. If you want to see the personal data that has been recorded about you at P&D company, you can request access.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>

Modify
<\/em><\/strong>If you want to make changes to the personal data that you have seen as a result of a request for inspection and that you cannot change in your account yourself, you can request this from P&D company. You can request that P&D company change, correct, supplement, delete or protect your data.<\/p>

Restrict processing<\/strong>
<\/em>You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request P&D company to restrict the processing of your personal data.<\/p>

Right to object<\/strong>
<\/em>If a certain processing takes place on the basis of the \"legitimate interest\" of P&D company or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.<\/p>

Data transfer<\/strong>
<\/em>You have the right to obtain your personal data from P&D company. P&D company will provide these in a structured and common form, which can easily be opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider.<\/p>

Revoke consent<\/strong>
<\/em>In all cases where the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. It may be that P&D company can no longer provide you with certain services.<\/p>

Response by P&D company<\/strong>
<\/em>A request can be sent to dennis.vandebunt@5scompany.com. P&D company will grant your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after P&D company has received such a request. If P&D company rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request was rejected.<\/p>
