5S Implementation
Order and tidiness in the workplace.

In 2015, 5S Company started in the paint
department of the Gazelle production facility in Dieren. A big success!

In the years that followed, the 5S method was further rolled out across the entire operation. An effective assurance and solid basis was created by the 5S and Safety app.

Performance Management
A hands-on performance system.

“Not too much, but not too little consultation.” A clear desire from Gazelle to have effective meetings.

By means of the semi-digital whiteboards, the tablets and coaching, there is a hands-on stand-up method. A structure of which 5S is of course part. The system is characterized by; short consultations, a practical approach and a visual consultation with photos, findings and actions.

Kaizen
A solid improvement method.

Processes change quickly. Gazelle also knows that if the organization does not continue to make improvements, they will deteriorate. A solid method has been set up together with 5S Company.

With a number of unique ingredients, small improvements on the work floor are taken up to major integral process improvements throughout the organization. All visible in the specially equipped Obeya room.

lean training
An internal training program

A training program has been developed adapted to the organization. With the aim of developing more ʻownʼ Lean knowledge in house.

An integrated program where employees are trained at various levels. From Yellowbelt to Blackbelt.

The true north
A strategy towards a full Lean operation.

All these topics are part of a clear strategy that will make the Gazelle operation completely Lean. This strategy has been translated into ʻtrue northʼ.
