In order to properly implement and safeguard 5S, we have continued to expand our range of products and services over the years. We continue to develop new support tools to make implementation more effective. We do this together with customers and suppliers, entirely according to the lean philosophy.
Audit rounds or running control rounds and especially the elaboration and sharing of this is often a lot of work. This creates a barrier to doing it frequently, while it is more effective to do it more often. We have developed a 5s App for this. After running a round you don't have to work out anything anymore and you have more time during the audit to coach people. We have continued to expand this 5S App. In addition to 5S and Safety, you can also register and report deviations or other quality issues in the app.
