We come bring the cart and the 5S board, as part of the DIY rollout program we do a 5S quick scan together on the shop floor to determine the 5S rollout focal points and provide tips. We then walk through the rollout program and make sure the app and cart are laid out. With this, we prepare you with our expertise to perform the 5S rollout independently. After the rollout itself is done, we will come by scheduled to give tips and tricks and activate the assurance.
