This 5S awareness training is made for organizations that want an accessible and practical introduction to the 5S method want to organize or refresh the knowledge. During this 5S awareness training, the most important principles of 5S are discussed. We discuss the theory, but also gain practical experience with 5S, by means of photos of an existing situation or during a scan in one work area. This 5S training has 2 options. Based on individual registration, the training is then provided at an external centrally located location. Or in-company training in which we train your employees at your location (max. 10 participants).
The 5S awareness training is for employees & team leaders, management, internal OPS ex/LEAN teams and also for internal 5S facilitators.
