Who is P&D Company?
P&D company is a private company P&D company (5S-company and CI-company), having its registered office at (3845 CA) Harderwijk at Drielandendreef 42, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 68996608. P&D company is responsible for the processing of your personal data by P&D company the controller.
How does P&D company use your data?

How do we obtain your personal data?
P&D company has information about you, because you have provided us with information, and because P&D company has obtained information from other parties. Those other parties are: Colleagues of the "parties involved".
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:
Insight
You can always view your own (personal) data and change it in your account if necessary. If you want to see the personal data that has been recorded about you at P&D company, you can request access.
Modify
If you want to make changes to the personal data that you have seen as a result of a request for inspection and that you cannot change in your account yourself, you can request this from P&D company. You can request that P&D company change, correct, supplement, delete or protect your data.
Restrict processing
You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request P&D company to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to object
If a certain processing takes place on the basis of the "legitimate interest" of P&D company or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from P&D company. P&D company will provide these in a structured and common form, which can easily be opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Revoke consent
In all cases where the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. It may be that P&D company can no longer provide you with certain services.
Response by P&D company
A request can be sent to dennis.vandebunt@5scompany.com. P&D company will grant your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after P&D company has received such a request. If P&D company rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request was rejected.
Recipients of the personal data
The data can be passed on to:

It may be that P&D company is obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.
Can this Privacy Statement be changed?
This Privacy Statement can be changed. We therefore advise you to regularly read the Privacy Statement for any changes.
